Our residential portfolio consists of 4 mid-rise apartment buildings in Oshawa. Bachelor, One Bedroom and Two Bedroom units are available for rent. Each of our apartment buildings has an on-site superintendent that is available to our tenants. Our on-site superintendents along with a security watch of our building, helps to provide a safe environment for our tenants.
We have a thorough screening process for all potential tenants. Our focus is to manage our residential property so that we attract and maintain tenants that respect their unit and pay rent on time. All of our buildings are clean and well maintained. We take pride in our properties and want to have residents that are happy and comfortable in their homes. |
